Federal Warning

The FBI and ATF actively investigate all cases in which a person acquires a firearm or other federally regulated item through fraud, including; issuing checks drawn on insufficient funds, issuing other forms of payment drawn on insufficient funds, issuing counterfeit or false forms of payment including counterfeit currency, counterfeit checks, counterfeit bank checks, counterfeit bank notes, counterfeit certified checks, and counterfeit money orders, failure to pay open account credit balances, credit card fraud, and credit card charge-back initiated by the person acquiring the firearm or other federally regulated items. DoubleActionSales.com, Inc. and/or Double Action Indoor Shooting Center and Gun Shop will actively pursue criminal and civil legal remedies against persons acquiring a firearm through fraudulent means of payment. Certain violations of the Gun Control Act are punishable by up to ten (10) years imprisonment and/or up to a $250,000 fine.
Changes to Your Order
DoubleActionSales.com, Inc. and/or Double Action Indoor Shooting Center and Gun Shop will try to help you make changes to your order before it ships. If you send us an e-mail requesting a change, please save a copy as well as a copy of our reply. If you do not receive a personal e-mail from one of DoubleActionSales.com, Inc. and/or Double Action Indoor Shooting Center and Gun Shop's agents, then your request has not been received and/or read, and no changes will be made to your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled ONLY if the item has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, then a twenty (20%) percent restocking fee applies. Shipping fees are not refundable. Although DoubleActionSales.com, Inc. and/or Double Action Indoor Shooting Center and Gun Shop will verify cancellation with you through e-mail, DoubleActionSales.com, Inc. and/or Double Action Indoor Shooting Center and Gun Shop accept cancellations ONLY via phone calls and/or registered mail. If you do not get an e-mail from one of our agents verifying cancellation, then your order has NOT been canceled. DoubleActionSales.com, Inc. and/or Double Action Indoor Shooting Center and Gun Shop WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
Shipping
In-stock orders normally ship within three (3) business days. You will be promptly notified if your order happens to be out-of-stock (stock status is also displayed on the product web-page). Most out-of-stock orders ship within two (2) weeks. A time estimate will be given for out-of-stock orders and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time before shipment. DoubleActionSales.com, Inc. and/or Double Action Indoor Shooting Center and Gun Shop will not charge your credit card for out-of-stock orders until the item is shipped. Items are typically shipped via USPS or UPS ground for non-expedited domestic orders. Products are typically shipped from our Madison Heights, Michigan location. Items are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Overnight and two (2) day delivery options exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays. An adult signature may be required for package delivery. Transit time for ground packages is one and up to six (1-6) business days depending on your location. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within ten (10) days.

ALL OTHER ITEMS (OTHER THAN FIREARMS AND CERTAIN OTHER FEDERALLY REGULATED ITEMS) ARE BEING SOLD THROUGH DOUBLEACTIONSALES.COM, INC. ALL FIREARMS AND CERTAIN OTHER FEDERALLY REGULATED ITEMS ARE BEING SOLD IN "AS IS" CONDITION AND ANY WARRANTIES, IF ANY, WILL BE THE WARRANTIES WHICH DOUBLE ACTION INDOOR SHOOTING CENTER AND GUN SHOP IS ALLOWED TO ASSIGN. You must be a minimum age of eighteen (18) years old to purchase a long gun and/or shotgun ammunition. You must be a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old to purchase a hand gun and/or rifle and pistol ammunition. Ammunition must ship UPS ground. For safety reasons, DoubleActionSales.com, Inc. and/or Double Action Indoor Shooting Center and Gun Shop CANNOT accept returns on ammo. Make sure you use the correct ammunition in your gun.
